To deliver a sales driven customer orientated service to customers telephonically and by means of receiving orders, identifying further customer needs, processing of orders quickly and accurately by following up to facilitate an effective and efficient delivery of a customer driven service.


  • Receive customer orders from customers via telephone, e-mail, merchandisers, and sales representatives.
  • Pro-actively call customers with outstanding orders.
  • Perform order processing on SAP and per ISO Work Instructions
  • Introduce new products to customers
  • Pro-actively inform Sales Representatives on outstanding orders.
  • Inform sales representatives about new customers
  • Run daily VA05 report on SAP to identify open orders.
  • Maintain a high degree of internal and external customer satisfaction in area of responsibility.
  • Advise sales representatives about customer shortcomings and needs.
  • Maintain close contact with sales representatives to discuss and plan sales targets
  • Attend to related queries accurately and on time
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • 1–4-year Certificate in Sales/Marketing with 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge of cold chain in FMCG environment will be an advantage
