Responsibilities:
- Set and monitor weekly targets of Collections Administrator;
- Monitor and resolve unallocated receipts and client refunds;
- Processing of instalments due on IT platforms;
- Promote teamwork and accountability;
- Collections reporting;
- Contribute towards collections process improvement;
- Collections book performance review;
- Supervision and guidance of Collections Administrators;
- Staff training and development.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with at least 25 points
- Tertiary Qualification;
- 3 – 5 years Banking and Credit experience;
- Computer literate;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Above average numerical ability;
- Excellent Time Management skills;
- Strong team player.
