Job Specification:

  • Set and monitor weekly targets of Collections Administrator;
  • Monitor and resolve unallocated receipts and client refunds;
  • Processing of instalments due on IT platforms;
  • Promote teamwork and accountability;
  • Collections reporting;
  • Contribute towards collections process improvement;
  • Collections book performance review;
  • Supervision and guidance of Collections Administrators;
  • Staff training and development.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with at least 25 points
  • Tertiary Qualification;
  • 3 – 5 years Banking and Credit experience;
  • Computer literate;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Above average numerical ability;
  • Excellent Time Management skills;
  • Strong team player.
