Job Specifications:
- Promoting company,s products and/or services through telephone calls
- General Receptionist duties
- Direct liasing with customers
- Opening and closing of tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
- Control follow ups on incomplete tickets
- Invoicing
- Perform various ad-hoc duties
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- 1-2 Years administration experience
- Computer literate(MS Office)
- Good Communication skills with fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Good customer relationship and customer service skills
- Deadline driven
- Namibian Citizenship
