Advises staff members on HR processes and systems;
A sound knowledge of the Public Service Act (Act No 13 of 1995), Labour Act (Act No 11 of 2007) and the interpretation of Policies such Staff Rules, Circulars and Directives
Execute any other duties assigned by the supervisor or any other authorized person
Minimum requirements:
An appropriate National Diploma on NQF L6 majoring in Human Resources Management
Supplementary requirement:
Four (4) years appropriate working experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management on NQF Level 7 and a valid driving license
