Introduction:
To deliver banking solutions to clients by understanding their business and needs through relationship management to achieve Nedbank’s strategy to be the most admired bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary custodian of corporate banking relationships with individual clients.
- Acquisition of new clients and retention of existing clients.
- Exceed sales, growth and profit targets.
- Overall responsible for a sound working environment and creation of development opportunities for sales support staff.
- Acting as a contact between Nedbank and its existing and potential markets.
- Deliver world class benchmarked customer service;
- Undertake market and customer research;
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ needs and requirements;
- Advise on product development and special promotions;
- Manage daily operations.
Education and Experience Requirements::
- Grade 12 (25 points), a Degree in Business/Finance/Economics, Certified Associate of the Institute of Bankers, FIAS Accreditation Regulatory Examination Level 1.
- Minimum of 2-3 years general banking experience of which at least three years in a relationship management position.
- Minimum of 2-3 years high knowledge of the Public Sector and Mining and an influential person
- Extensive experience in all aspects of private banking, with particular emphasis on relationship management.
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Sound knowledge of financial statements and analysis thereof.
- Completed basic credit courses, and/or one year credit experience.
- Namibian citizenship
