Purpose of the Job:
To render receptionist duties and provide customer services support to the general public and City employees at the Reception Desk of the Emergency & Disaster Risk Management Division.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS::
- Perform receptionist duties.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Provide Support Services to the Manager: Emergency and Disaster Risk Management Division.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
- Certificate in Office Administration or Business Administration or Secretarial Duties..
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum period of one (1) year job related experience.
PRE-APPOINTMENT TRANING AS ADDED ADVANTAGE:
- Receptionist training,
KNOWLEDGE:
- Switchboard operating.
SKILLS:
- Computer literacy, customer care, planning, communication and telephone etiquette.
