JABU Logistics is looking for a vibrant and dynamic individual to help us run and manage our new office space.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office operations runs smoothly
- Supervising general workers
- Making sure office space is kept in an organized manner
- Managing and maintaining office equipment and office supplies
- Ad Hoc administrative work that might be required
- Team support
- Making sure that everyone follows office rules and procedures
Qualifications and experience:
- High School certificate
- A Tertiary degree will be an advantage
- 2 years experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Packages
