JABU Logistics is looking for a vibrant and dynamic individual to help us run and manage our new office space.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming visitors to your office
  2. Answering phone calls
  3. Taking and delivering messages
  4. Ensuring the office operations runs smoothly
  5. Supervising general workers
  6. Making sure office space is kept in an organized manner
  7. Managing and maintaining office equipment and office supplies
  8. Ad Hoc administrative work that might be required
  9. Team support
  10. Making sure that everyone follows office rules and procedures

Qualifications and experience:

  1. High School certificate
  2. A Tertiary degree will be an advantage
  3. 2 years experience
  4. Skilled in Microsoft Office Packages
