- Provide general administrative support and coordination
- General day-to-day communication support, organizing of files and documents.
- Attending to clients and client inquiries
- Direct inquiries and problems to the correct contact person.
- Code B drivers’ license – and own transport
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluent in English, Afrikaans, and German
- Ability to plan, deliver and manage the offices on a high professional level
- Excellent Computer literacy, MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Namibian Citizenship
