EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Psychology or related qualification
- NQF Level 7
- 8 Years relevant experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial position.
