Deliver excellent customer service to all existing MTC corporate customers by acting as liaison between MTC and the customer for all their requirements and needs.

•Pays regular personal visits to MTC’s Corporate customers.
•Ensure that all customer complaints handled in line with the Customer Complaints Procedure so that all queries are resolved, and appropriate solutions are provided for Customer Complaints.
•Ensure individual target for quarterly customer satisfaction survey is reached.
•Presents Corporate customers with best possible Rate Plans and ensures retention with long-term contracts.
•Increase loyalty and retention of corporate customers
•Creates sales opportunities with MTC customers to achieve sales targets.
•Sell and cross sell MTC products and services to customers to ensure sales growth and optimize sales opportunities.
•Analyze reports for renewals due monthly and ensure all contract dates are current.
•Completes assigned control cards and monthly reports in accordance with Departmental Procedures.
•Relevant Certificate in marketing or sales.
•Customer service environment.
•Must be patient, empathetic, and customer centric.
•Sales orientated with strong negotiation skills.
•Ability to live up the company values and promises, excellent team player.
•Must be customer service oriented with an ability to always act with diplomacy and professionalism.
•Ability to work under pressure and occasional stress management.
•Problem solving skills, organizational skills and detail orientated.
•Excellent communication skills, (verbal and written) to engage customers.
•Must be a Namibian citizenship or have permanent residency.
•Must be in Possession of a valid driver’s license (compulsory).
