PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To provide SAP support assistance within the Finance function by loading deals, analyzing data, master data administration & management, reporting and rendering general administrative support to the finance department in order to maintain accurate data required for decision making.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform SAP Administration & Render Support
- Manage and Administer Master Data
- General Administrative & Inventory management Support Function
- Factory Shop SAP discounts, price uploads and sales monitoring
- Assist with weekly stock counts as required
- Provide input into inventory process to minimize losses
- Compile accurate Reports timely
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Business Administration or Finance diploma (or similar qualification in Financial accounting) with minimum 2-3 year’s relevant experience
- Advanced excel skill
- SAP Experience
- Experience in a FMCG environment and Inventory management will be an added advantage.
