- Review incoming client confirmation – checks for accuracy and completeness.
- Review client documentation – cross reference and assess whether sufficient.
- Assess whether programmatic tests were performed and passed.
- Take troubleshooting steps if needed.
- Customer support via phone call and email (includes technical support).
- Assess and report system abnormalities.
- Pay attention to detail and work meticulously.
