Job Specifications:

  • Review incoming client confirmation – checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review client documentation – cross reference and assess whether sufficient.
  • Assess whether programmatic tests were performed and passed.
  • Take troubleshooting steps if needed.
  • Customer support via phone call and email (includes technical support).
  • Assess and report system abnormalities.
