WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Responsible for the administration of all Goods Returned from customers.
  • Maintain a good company image by ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through service excellence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • An energetic candidate with trustworthy traits and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain detailed and accurate administration of documents.
    Good numerical and organization skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have Grade 12.
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role.
  • Building or Retail industry experience would be an advantage.
  • Must be computer literate – knowledge of the “Kerridge” computer system will be an added advantage.
