FINANCIAL & HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
DUTY DESCRIPTION
- 4 years + of professional Commercial or Marketing experience ideally within the pay-tv or telecommunications industry and at least the last 2 years in a specialist role.
- Strong experience in customer experience and journey, upsell, crosssell, loyalty and customer lifecycle management.
- Excel and PowerPoint advanced user
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following subjects: Business, Economics, Science or Marketing Excel and PowerPoint advanced user
- Subscriber Base Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Customer Intelligence
