PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To strategically direct and manage the Company’s commercial, marketing & corporate communication and department policies, systems, procedures and programs, such as determining the demand for TNHL products and services, identifying potential business, developing pricing strategies with goal of maximizing TNHL profits with ensuring customer satisfaction in order to ensure attraction of new business and retention of current customers which contribute to the achievements of the Company’s overall business goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commence and/or Business Administration qualification.
  • Eight (8) years’ experience in a Corporate Marketing and Communications environment of which three (3) years should have been spend at senior management level.
  • Broad based knowledge and understanding the commercial marketing & sales and/or communications environment preferably in the transport industry, corporate branding, promotions & advertising, product research & development, media management, relevant legislations and regulations, business principles.
  • Long term strategic planning, project management, negotiation, good communication skills (verbal & writing), analytical skills, leadership and management skills, goal directedness skills, interpersonal skills, facilitation skills, stress management, problem solving, innovative, listening skills, ability to work with diverse team members, ability to think strategically and tactically and follow through on projects, transformational skills.
