purpose:
To enable and drive a culture of innovation within FirstRand Namibia in line with the overall strategy and coordinate all projects within Digital Transformation and Data to ensure business requests are concluded within agreed timelines
Responsibilities:
- Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Develop and implement the Group Innovation strategy to embed, drive and reward an innovation culture
- Coordinate all requests logged by business and manage the prioritization dashboard and projects to ensure projects are concluded within agreed timelines
- Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Provide accurate financial reporting to make informed and correct business decisions
- Manages risks in own area of responsibility
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Degree
- Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior specialist level
