We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist for greeting Clients and Visitors to our office. You will be in charge of giving visitors directions to various departments in our head office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, and taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
- Greet clientts and visitors with a positive, helpful atitude.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Announcing clients as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by only allowing visitors with appointments.
- Assisting with a variety of of Administrative tasks.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer services
- Computer Literacy – Word Excel and outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Experiene with administrative and clerical procedure
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner
- Prior experience as a receptionisst or in a related field
- Namibian Citizen
