Contracts/Procurement Coordinator – AFRICA PERSONNEL SERVICES


Job Specifications:

  • Coordination of Procurement related queries, documentation, registers and filing system
  • Complete requisitions in line with Procurement spend guidelines and the purchase order is written to match the supplier invoice submissions (quantity/unit price)
  • Work within the Procurement team communicating with Sourcing buyers as needed for new quote or new supplier needs
  • Process documentation for projectcommitments
  • Work with Central Planning,Finance and external partners to track accurate project spends
  • Schedule meetings with internaland external customers and publish meeting recaps accordingly
  • Assist Maintenance team withlarger scale maintenance projects
  • Additional administrative andcoordination duties

Minimum Requirements:

  • Third Level qualification in Business, Analytics or related area
  • Five years’ experience working in a related role/function
  • Strong analytical skills to gather relevant data, challenge information, demonstrating ability to extract key findings to support decision making
  • Strong numerate aptitude
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex category data
  • Competent with analytics and demonstrates ability to structure basic financial analyses
