To liaise with clients and insurance companies to find the best deals for insurance cover and actively promote products to increase profitability
Responsibilities:
- Seeks proactive solutions to customer requirements on insurance products
- Track, control and influence service activities with the specific aim to ensure portfolio management and growth of the client base
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
- Report on transactional and process activities within set guidelines to provide timely information for decision making
- Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialisation.
- Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilisation of work related resources
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels
- Analyse client’s current product offerings and solutions with the aim of ensuring FNB is the client’s primary banking institution
- Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients or by acquiring new clients and driving profit growth through reducing cost of capital, increasing transactional revenue and balance sheet growth
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification – Relevant Diploma
- Preferred Qualification – Relevant Degree
- Experience – A minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance sales or marketing within the financial services industry
