DUTY DESCRIPTION

  • Grade 12 with tertiary education
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service
  • Prior experience in a medical aid fund environment will be advantageous
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Fluent in English / Afrikaans; a third language being advantageous
