Title Client Relationship Manager

Job summary A Client Representative is responsible to understand client needs and pitch relevant products and services to assigned clients. The job includes negotiating contracts with clients with the aim of maximising profits for the business.
Qualifications required
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field
Experience required
  • 7 years experience in marketing or communications
Expertise required (skills and competencies)
  • Proven experience in clients, marketing or brand management
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
  • Proficient in Google docs & Google sheets, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets would be an added advantage
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Valid driver’s license

Key responsibilities and Duties

Main Duties
  • Build relationships with clients
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, schedulers, production teams, senior management) to address client needs
