Purpose of the Job:

To provide a range of administrative support duties required in the sale/leasing of erven and land assigned.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Sale/lease of erven/land
  • Documents for attorneys/conveyancers
  • Cancellation and registration of mortgage bonds
  • Death and Disability claims
  • Statistics and administration

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12 (minimum 23 points).
  • 2 years’ experience in properties administration.
  • Driving licence code B

Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary : N$ 207 876.00 pa
  • Transport Allowance : N$ 10 200.00 pa
  • Housing Allowance : N$ 89 386.68 pa, OR
  • Rental Allowance : N$ 46 772.10 pa
