To manage and oversee the Broker Service Centre with consideration to all aspects of the sales value chain for new business and renewal negotiations – including administration, risk management, customer service and quality assurance

  • Manages sales & expense budget for Broker Distribution against set targets
  • Identifies and creates coordinated sales opportunities through others
  • Balances own priorities with directing, coaching and motivating others
  • Plans, guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Namibian Citizenship
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be an advantage (i.e. Commerce, Finance, Sales & Marketing or equivalent)
  • Ability to meet client needs and building inspiring relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Driven to accomplish objectives by pushing beyond boundaries
  • Excellent interpersonal styles and communication techniques
  • Financial knowledge and business acumen relevant to the life assurance industry
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and building relationships
