- Handle day-to-day admin responsibilities of small projects and smaller clients
- Engage with smaller clients – assist them, check in on them, solve problems. Keep them happy. (Includes technical support)
- Report to Manager
- Experience in customer engagement and relations. Able to engage with clients professionally and confidently.
- Excellent communication with team and clients
- Task orientated – manage own time/tasks and deliver
- Team Player
- Ability to grasp and understand online/digital platforms
- Fluent in English. Afrikaans (medium-level minimum) is preferred.
- 2 Years working experience & Matric Certificate
- IT background would be an advantage
