WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Effective supervision of the Yard staff to ensure optimum efficiency of the operations function.
- Implement receiving and logistics procedures to control stock losses.
- Delivery and route planning.
- Maintain customer goodwill via quality service and timeous deliveries.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong leader and team builder.
- Excellent knowledge of company products and stock management procedures – Receiving, dispatch, stocking, picking.
- Someone with ethical standards and can perform under pressure.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- A result driven individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, in order to get the job done.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have Grade 12.
- Tertiary qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role at Supervisory level.
- Possession of a valid Code B Drivers’ License would be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work retail hours.
