RECEPTIONIST

JOB GRADE: A2
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY)
To answer the incoming telephone calls and to greet and assist visitors. Be friendly, positive, well-spoken, well-ordered, and presentable always.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 1-3 years’ experience as receptionist / frontline contact person
• Grade 12
• Excellent computer skills
• Friendly, courteous, well spoken & presentable
KEY SKILLS
• Switchboard
• Receive visitors and clients
• General Administrative Duties
• ADHOC Tasks assigned by MANCO
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• Greet, assist and/or directs visitors and the public.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Telephone bills to be extracted every month.
• General administrative duties when required.
