Purpose of the Job:

To render receptionist duties and provide customer services support to the general public and City employees at the Reception Desk of the Emergency & Disaster Risk Management Division.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS::

  • Perform receptionist duties.
  • Perform administrative duties.
  • Provide Support Services to the Manager: Emergency and Disaster Risk Management Division.

Skills, Experience & Education

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

  • Certificate in Office Administration or Business Administration or Secretarial Duties..

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum period of one (1) year job related experience.

PRE-APPOINTMENT TRANING AS ADDED ADVANTAGE:

  • Receptionist training,

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Switchboard operating.

SKILLS:

  • Computer literacy, customer care, planning, communication and telephone etiquette.
