purpose:
To proactively acquire new high net worth clients and develop, maintain and expand the client portfolio through providing holistic and appropriate solutions to meet client needs
Responsibilities:
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
- Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
- Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Ensure the development, alignment and implementation of end-to-end processes within area of accountability for continued process improvement
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
- Provide appropriate banking solutions across the business to prospective clients
- Identify opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
- Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification : Degree in Finance and/or Economics third year Accounting FAIS accreditation required
- Experience 5 to 7 years relevant client facing experience
- Knowledge Required Strong background in investments, corporate finance, Private Banking
