Responsibilities:
- Support BDC’s in acquiring and retaining profitable business;
- Attend to administration and written communication;
- Ensure that all documentation is processed accurately;
- Ensure that documentation is issued, checked and authorized prior to dispatch;
- Maintain service, quality and desired outputs within a specific functional process through ensuring compliance to tactical policies, procedures and standards;
- Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints; provide feedback to customer on matters resolved, and
- Ensure renewal reviews are completed timeously.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with 25 points;
- Relevant Degree from a recognised institution;
- Short term insurance qualification will be an added advantages;
- 1- 2 Years’ experience in personal negotiating field;
- Good communication skills (written and speaking);
- Must be client orientated;
- Team Player;
- Good people skills (internal & external);
- Admin orientated and must give attention to detail;
- Afrikaans and English speaking/writing & communicating;
- Technical underwriting knowledge or any related short term knowledge will be an advantage;
- Must be energetic, embrace the OMSIC Values and must be prepare to do more than what is expected from him/her.
