Introduction
Inceptus Holding (PTY) Ltd (“Inceptus”) is wholly owned by the University of Namibia (“UNAM”) with a mandate to commercialise its assets and Intellectual Property to generate income for the shareholder. Inceptus is seeking for a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Specification
This position is responsible for providing efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support to the CEO as well as assisting in the coordination of daily functions of the Office.

Essential skills & knowledge :
•Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities,
•Discretion and trustworthiness,
•Providing executive administrative support to the Directors of the Holding Company and its subsidiaries,
•Willingness to carry out administrative and financial task, including marketing and public relations functions,
•Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment,
•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding and proposing solutions to challenges,
•Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and cultures, strong relationship building skills and service-oriented attitude,
•Manage media platforms including but not limited to social media,
•Proven ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects running in parallel and
•Advanced computer skills and IT literacy, i.e.: Word; PowerPoint; Excel; Outlook.
Accounting bookkeeping software skills will be an added advantage.

Desirable:
•Experience working with or for a multi-subsidiary, clients and/or projects
•Interest in and commitment to enhance the growth of the organisation

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field with three (3) years relevant experience in a PA related environment

or

A Diploma in Business Administration, Management or relevant field with four (4) years relevant experience in a PA related environment.

Experience in office administration in commercial business environment will be an advantage.

A valid Code B driver’s license.
