Specification |
•To be the first point of contact for all internal and external queries to office of CHCO & CAO
•Responsible to manage the CHCO & CAO calendar by scheduling all meetings and appointments and proactively resolving any conflicts •Support Human Capital and Corporate Affairs management with calendar bookings relating to the CHCO office. •Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to scanning, filing, binding etc. •Proofreads, compile and complete various forms of business correspondence such but not limited to letters, tenders, emails for the CHCO & CAO and Human Capital and Corporate Affairs Management. •Organize and coordinates all travel, accommodation and related requirements CHCO & CAO and Human Capital & Corporate Affairs Departments. •Assist Manager: Corporate Affairs to manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs on behalf of the Chief Human Capital and Corporate Affairs. •Required to coordinate visa applications for project vendors •Ensure invoices reconciliation, obtaining approvals where required so that payments are done timeously. •Ensure monthly detailed budget recon is done on all Sponsorship and CSI Projects. |

Requirements |
•Three-year formal Diploma in relevant business field
•Minimum of 5 – 7 years working •Must be fully computer literate. •Ability to work under pressure •Excellent verbal and written communication •Ability to work with senior level executive and all levels in the organization •Excellent planning and organization skills •The ability to use discretion and diplomacy due to the sensitivity of the environment •Detail orientated with ability to focus on accuracy •The ability to solve problem and see resolve queries •Must be a Namibian citizenship or have permanent residency. •Must be in Possession of a valid driver’s license (compulsory). .
