Helpdesk Administrator – SANLAM NAMIBIA

The purpose of this position is to effectively deal with the walk-in customer queries and to provide adequate direction and to maintain an outstanding client service environment.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of basic client enquiries effectively
  • Maintain high level of productivity within office hours
  • Administrating of the swipe machine and doing daily reconciliation
  • Distributing of different claim forms
  • Identifying of the vulnerable clients- the pensioners, disabled and the pregnant
  • Client payments and reconciliation
  • Queue management
  • Remain with the service level agreement/timeframe
  • Documents correctly indexed, scanned within Sanlam policy and procedures

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • 2 years’ working experience in a Client Service environment
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry will be an added advantage
  • Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
