The purpose of this position is to effectively deal with the walk-in customer queries and to provide adequate direction and to maintain an outstanding client service environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling of basic client enquiries effectively
- Maintain high level of productivity within office hours
- Administrating of the swipe machine and doing daily reconciliation
- Distributing of different claim forms
- Identifying of the vulnerable clients- the pensioners, disabled and the pregnant
- Client payments and reconciliation
- Queue management
- Remain with the service level agreement/timeframe
- Documents correctly indexed, scanned within Sanlam policy and procedures
Minimum Requirements and Experience:
- Grade 12
- 2 years’ working experience in a Client Service environment
- Experience in the Financial Services industry will be an added advantage
- Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office & Outlook)
