WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Manage the Pupkewitz Megabuild brand to ensure consistent communication of the organisation’s mission and values across all channels and ensure that the integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted.
- Oversee and develop the delivery of a corporate communications strategy to build the organization’s brand and reputation, including writing, editing effective models and measuring success.
- Further develop stakeholder engagement strategies to maximize key relationships with clients, investors, partners, and relevant organizations.
- Identify and effectively utilize a range of channels to deliver successful results including above the line, direct and digital marketing.
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Creative, Digital, Advertising and Communications.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor, and report on marketing KPI’s and team goals.
- Design branding and positioning strategies.
- Analyze consumer behavior, trends and determine customer personas.
- Design favorable employment brand strategies and drive team engagement.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments, expand market share and drive innovation.
- Monitor and analyze competition and impact on strategy.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Lead the Corporate Social Investment, Sponsorship strategy and Implementation Plan.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Bachelor of Commerce or Marketing Degree.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising with 5 years being on senior management level within the Retail, FMCG or Construction Industry.
- Must have a valid Code B Driver’s License.
- Kerridge system experience would be an added advantage.
