PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To plan, coordinate and drive implementation of various activities aligned to the O&L Group Culture and Employee Engagement Strategies across Hangana Seafood, to support and create a wholistic, meaningful employment experience
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execution of Culture & Employee Engagement Strategy
- Drive Employee Engagement activities
- Drive employee survey initiatives and perform all related administrative and logistical duties
- Create & facilitate business communications
- Report on Culture & EE interventions conducted
- Drive employee recognition programs
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12
- 5 years office administration experience
- Experience in fishing industry (Berthing, Launching & Logistics)
