DUTY DESCRIPTION
- Grade 12 with tertiary education
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service
- Prior experience in a medical aid fund environment will be advantageous
- Excellent administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in English / Afrikaans; a third language being advantageous
