Job Specification:
- Delivers on daily production standards;
- Follows standardized processes and provides administrative support to the Claims and Procurement department in line with normal business functioning;
- Uses standard administrative techniques to coordinate own work;
- Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers;
- Dealing with and sorting out of supplier invoices and statements;
- Uploading suppliers to the system for payments;
- Accepts and lives the company values;
- Accountable for service delivery through own efforts;
- Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results;
- Individually accountable for managing own time tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months;
- Administer claims information and perform general office functions as required;
- Upkeep of Complaints and Compliments systems and referral of complaints to the relevant resolvers, keeping within timeframes specified;
- Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills;
- Administration of Risk Finance Claims and it’s associated duties;
- Adheres to service and quality standards; and
- Performs quality checks on own work.
Minimum Requirements
- Namibian Citizenship;
- Grade 12 with minimum of 25 points;
- Relevant receptionist qualification will be advantageous;
- At least 1-2 years relevant administrative/reception experience;
- Computer literacy and good numeric skills are essential;
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills;
- Strong planning, organizing and time management skills;
- High energy levels and a team player ;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative; and
- Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building.
