Introduction

To perform the tasks relating to the actual issuing and production of bank cards, and to assist branches and customers with requests relating to the above tasks.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Card Issuing and Production

  • Perform card issuing and production tasks or sub-tasks as stipulated in the card production process for each recipient, including, but not limited to:
  • Generation of embossing files
  • Printing of cards
  • PIN generation
  • Printing of PIN mailers
  • Distribution of cards and/or PINs
  • Balancing of stock
  • Completing of checklists and required forms to document control of tasks

Innovation & Development

  • Provide feedback and suggest tangible solutions up reporting line on process or environment improvement to drive efficiency and reduce risk/costs.

Customer Focus

  • Provide professional customer service to branches, departments and external service providers

Other duties

  • Willing to perform any other reasonable and lawful duties assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

Experience/Knowledge & Skills:

  • At least 1 years general banking experience an added advantage
  • Adequate knowledge of products and services as well as rules and regulations relevant to the job
  • Adequate knowledge of procedures and systems, computer equipment and software relating to the job
  • Computer literacy essential (Word, Excel)
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
