Compiles and does client reporting and report backs for clients for their investment committee meetings;
Ensures efficient administration and reporting to clients;
FIA and AML responsibilities to ensure the legislation requirements are adhered to;
Client & business compliance packs for FIA, AML & signatories review and updating;
Ensuring service providers has up to date information e.g. signatories, directors, etc.
Assisting, updating and carries out due diligence exercises;
Performs market and competitor analysis;
Takes responsibility for investigating new initiatives for a particular segment or a particular identified opportunity;
Does background research, assists in developing a suitable response and conduct viability assessments of a range of potential solutions;
Compile business case for new initiatives, which includes all business imperatives such as systems and other resources, distribution models, marketing plans, etc;
Ensures that the approved solution is effectively implemented and refined over medium term after initial launch;
Conducts presentations to introduce new initiatives and ensures buy-in;
Any other adhoc requests;
Assists with management reporting;
Assists with compliance monitoring and internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements
Namibian Citizenship.
Relevant Business Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years financial and/or investment experience
Strong technical skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Good networking skills
Computer literacy
Highly motivated and self-starter
Well organized and dynamic
Work under pressure and work independently
